How do you vet the firms you work with?

  • We only partner with firms that have a strong track record, no public bar sanctions, and proof of malpractice insurance.

How are fees handled?

  • When a resolves, the attorney fee is shared among the sending firm, LegalFlare, and the handling firm according to our agreement and the controlling Rules of Professional Conduct.

What do you need from my firm to get started?

  • We begin with a short qualification and onboarding process to confirm practice areas, jurisdictions, and primary contacts. Our team manages the rest so your staff avoids extra admin.
